Terrorism is a violent action with special features; TERRORISTs are different than other criminals too and it is not possible to judge them as crazy criminals or a person with deviant character or someone who is affected by the inappropriate financial circumstances. TERRORISTs are individuals with planed acts faced to the specific aims which are prompted by the ideological motives. In this thesis, we are not superseded to detect new reasons in the terrorism or a way to decrease its different causes as an ideological case, but we want to show how a theoretic structure can help organizing a system of acts and anxieties, and how this system will be useful in fulfilling specific aims. Individuals, following a justified and in harmony with self-condition ideology acceptation, join a group. These gropes give them aims and tools for reaching what they want. These ideological justified aims and tools simplify doing any unconsumed and violent act for these people.

The present research was conducted with the aim of the relationship between social factors and family VIOLENCE against children (child abuse). The used method was a survey and the data collection tool was also a questionnaire. From a total of 155 families with a history of child abuse based on the social emergency statistics of Tehran in the last 6 months of 1397, 110 families (parents with one or more children) were selected in District 9 of Tehran Municipality. The random sampling method was simple. In the present study, children under 11 years (6-11 years) were defined as the age range of children and family VIOLENCE was also defined as VIOLENCE applied by parents, older siblings. Research hypotheses were tested with SPSS statistical software through Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results showed that the experience of VIOLENCE has a positive relationship with psychological VIOLENCE, physical VIOLENCE, neglect against children and family VIOLENCE against children. In other results, it was found that VIOLENCE-oriented mentality has a positive relationship with psychological VIOLENCE, physical VIOLENCE, neglect against children and family VIOLENCE against children. In the continuation of the obtained results, the positive relationship of family problems with mental VIOLENCE, physical VIOLENCE and neglect against children and family VIOLENCE against children was confirmed and it was found that gender stereotypes have a positive relationship with mental VIOLENCE, physical VIOLENCE and neglect against children and family VIOLENCE against children. Finally, in the main hypothesis, the results showed: social factors have a positive relationship with psychological VIOLENCE, physical VIOLENCE and neglect against children and family VIOLENCE against children.

With the intensification of violent TERRORIST operations in the world, many academic researchers have been performed in terms of the structural causes of terrorism. The active area of terrorism does not only include physical variables but other variables such as ideological, psychological, environmental and cultural-identity should also be tracked. The reasons are complex and varied regarding the phenomenon of terrorism and its roots cannot be explained in a particular area of research. A theoretical framework is used for explaining the formation of TERRORIST groups, particularly in the Middle East.

‎The possibility of symmetrical s-wave superconductivity in the honeycomb lattice is studied within a strongly correlated regime, using the Hubbard model. The superconducting order parameter is defined by introducing the Green function, which is obtained by calculating the density of the electrons. In this study showed that the superconducting order parameter appears in doping interval between 0 and 0.5, and x=0.25 is the optimum doping for the s-wave superconductivity in honeycomb lattice.

Criminological approach to the religious terrorismReligion has conflict functions as two sides of a coin in the field of terrorism. Accordingly, the relationship of religion and TERRORIST crime is very complicated. on one hand, islamic teachings of islam reject any violent behavior following the creation of peace and security in society and on the other hand, abuse of religion can lead to religious terrorism. The relationship between ideology and crime is among the topics that are not addressed in criminology. The ideology, however, leads to the heinous crimes and the most heinous crimes, including terrorism. Although different ideologies may cause crime, religious ideology is one of the most important issues that individuals commit to committing crimes with a commitment to religious teachings. in this context, religious ideology is discussed in the light of religious criminology. In this situation, criminology can enter to the prevention of religious terrorism with the etiology and appropriate approaches.

Sexual relationship between couples sometimes happens in the usual way (Sex through the vagina) and sometimes in an unusual way (anal sex), which has medical and jurisprudential effects. Anal sex has harmful effects on both man and woman such as transmission of diseases, incontinence of feces in woman, etc. from the point of jurisprudence, anal sex can have effects on Term of widowhood which is an important subject in family law. In this paper this question is asked whether the Term of widowhood of divorce is for absolute sex or it is just related to sex through vagina. This discussion has somehow been raised in the first part of Article 1155 of the Civil Law, and it is considered necessary for the absolute closeness. Among the wellknown jurists there is a consensus that the divorced woman should take Term of widowhood if she had each kind of sex. People who has this idea citing verbal and non-verbal reasons. The authors, with a deep examination and critique of each of these arguments, have concluded that the necessity of Term of widowhood is only related to the state of sex through vagina, and the anal sex doesn’ t require Term of widowhood. In view of the above jurisprudential result, it is possible to amend Article 1155 of the Civil Law.

The task of guiding Imams (peace be upon them) in the system of creation requires that they sometimes use UNCONVENTIONAL methods and answers. Some of the answers may be in conflict with religious teachings or certain scientific facts. Following the imams' answers shows that the number of their UNCONVENTIONAL answers is very small compared to the conventional answers, and it is analyzed based on the guidance system. Things like prohibition of questioning, summarizing, taqiyyah, taqiyya, attention to common beliefs, use of argumentative method and persuasive answers are types of UNCONVENTIONAL answers. The present research studied the (causal, contextual, and intervening) conditions, strategies, and consequences of VIOLENCE in the lives of child wives in Chabahar city, conducted with a qualitative methodology based on grounded theory. For this purpose, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with 28 child-married girls in Chabahar city who were selected through theoretical sampling and snowball method. The analysis of the data in the framework of the three-level open, axial and selective coding system showed that gendered inequality and discrimination, women's inferiority, men's value, the culture of silence and the culture of VIOLENCE play a role in the experience of child-wives in terms of VIOLENCE (causal conditions), which leads to a type of increased, double VIOLENCE for them (core category); VIOLENCE that operates within the framework of the family institution, the main mechanism of which are previous traditions and rules, and the perpetrators of which are men and women who were themselves the victims of the same traditions and rules that they have, now, internalized and used again against their daughters. This increased VIOLENCE happens in a context where patriarchy is widespread (contextual conditions) and due to the generalized self-deprecation among child wives (intervening conditions), they may attempt to escape, get separated, threaten, and commit suicide (strategies), and these actions have consequences such as symbolic, physical, and sexual VIOLENCE and even social isolation (consequences).
